Johnny Ray works as a coach and not as a consultant, unless agreed to otherwise, meaning you are responsible for the actions you take, while his role is to help you find clarity and solutions on your own. You, and you alone, will make all decisions based on your own due diligence and best course of action. You, and you alone, are responsible for your actions, and thus accountable for your decisions.

Understandably, Johnny Ray does not give legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice, or, in fact, any advice that requires a separate professional license which he does not currently hold. As a licensed real estate agent in Florida, and a certified international property specialist, he will work in those areas, if desired, under a separate agreement.

Johnny Ray will never sell or share your information on this site with any third party vendor, thus keeping everything on this site in confidentiality for you. He does, however, record the coaching session so that he can do a review of the meeting and make notes so that the next meeting with flow smoothly. Also, he keeps a record of all sessions to be able to qualify for master certification with the International coaching federation. Occasionally, he has his sessions reviewed by a master coach so that he can become a better coach. These master coaches also fall under the high ethical standards of the International coaching federation.

Johnny Ray uses a service called SCHEDULE ONCE to arrange all of his appointments. It will handle all appointments and reminders to make sure all appointments are kept on schedule. This service also handles all billing through PayPal. The cancellation and rescheduling polices are fully explained on this site. Since he offers many different kinds of services, each is explained individually on the sign up page for the service you are requesting.
